Shipping Policy

No matter what product you may choose we offer free shipping on all products you purchase on https://www.pureelectronix.com. This applies to all address’s residing within the USA.
You need a valid email address in order to complete the checkout process. This is necessary so we can send you the order tracking information and our delivery partners can contact you. Our shipping partners are: DHL, FedEX, Parcel Hero, UPS and more.
 
Free Shipping:
Our shipping time on average is 2 -7 working days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. Including holidays and weekends please allow up to 2-4 weeks to deliver your order. This time frame includes missed cut off time by the customer, restocking or backorder shipping.
 
Please note: Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. The date of shipping, in turn, also subjects to the order processing time. Our processing time on average takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. Including holidays and weekends please allow up to 1-2 business weeks to process your order. This time frame includes missed cut off time by the customer, restocking or backorder shipping.
 

Next Day Delivery:

We also have a service that allows you to receive your order the next day. Processing will be same day, if ordered before our cut off time 18:00 pm CT. If you’ve ordered just after cut-off time then you can expect your order to be processed the next working day of the purchased date. See order customer service page for more information on our open and closing times.

However, this service only applies to some products. Over time, this service will apply to most products, then eventually all products.

In a time crunch? your order must be received and credit authorization must be cleared by 18:00 pm  or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays worldwide.
 
Tracking your Item:
Once you’ve placed a successful order with us, you’ll get a confirmation email from us to the email you’ve ordered with. Once your order has been processed and shipped, You will receive a tracking number via email to track your item. We understand these points above is no fault of the customer. In addition, we understand the convenience of giving our customers what they want when the want it. Therefore, to consolidate the circumstances above, we adjust by contacting the nearest warehouse & checkpoints to you where the item maybe delivered for a second half. The adjustment is done automatically for you, however you’ll be informed throughout, along with new tracking numbers from, DHL, FedEX, Parcel Hero, UPS and more.
