Shipping Policy

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and where those items will be delivered, a few different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your item(s).

Your total shipping charges will be based on the shipping method of choice, and will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order. 

You need a valid email address in order to complete the checkout process. This is necessary so we can send you the order tracking information and our delivery partners can contact you. 

Our shipping partners are: DHL, FedEX, DPD, UPS and more.

–  Free Express shipping with an average delivery time of 2-7 working days.

Please note: Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. The date of shipping, in turn, depends on the order processing time. It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

In a time crunch?  your order must be received and credit authorization must be cleared by 0:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Once you’ve placed a successful order with us, you’ll get a confirmation email from us to the email you’ve ordered with. 

Once your order has been shipped, your order status will be changed to shipped (you can find this on your  account dashboard). You will also receive a tracking number via email to track your item.
