What reasons can my items be refunded or exchanged?

Change of mind 

Timeline:

There’re many reasons why you may no longer want or need an item. Therefore, we give our customers 30 days From delivery date to request a refund for the item they’ve changed their mind on.

To qualify, Items must be the following:

  • 1.Unused
  • 2.In its original packaging (with the tags)
  • 3.In a re-saleable condition
  • 4.With its proof of purchase (the receipt). 
  • 5.You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

If successful you’ll be automatically refunded in full on your original payment method. Again, please remember based on who you bank with, it may take 1-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process.

Steps On Starting A Change Of Mind Return

To start a return, contact us at returns@pureelectronix.com. Insure that within this email you provide us with the following:

  1. 1.Your Order Number
  2. 2.Images of the item
  3. 3.Your reason for your return
  4. 4.You must also confirm that the item qualifies for a return based on these points:

Qualifiers

  • 1.Unused
  • 2.In its original packaging (with the tags).
  • 3.In a re-saleable condition.
  • 4.With its proof of purchase (the receipt). 
  • 5.You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

We will respond to your email, confirming your request has been received and will send a final email giving you our decision based on the information given (this decision will only take up to 1-2 working days maximum).

If your return is accepted upon first enquiry, you’ll be automatically refunded in full, on the same day of the refund confirmation email we send you, to your original payment method. Please remember based on who you bank with, it may take 1-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process. You will be given a unique PRN (Pure Returns Number) via email and instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. Customers are responsible to pay for the costs of shipping to locations within the USA. Items sent back to us without a PRN will not be accepted. 

Broken or Damaged Items

Pure Protection Warranty 

This warranty is a on off payment or a subscription payment per month (this varies from product to product). This is a warranty that covers customers items to introduce reassurance and buying protection for higher expensive items. If you have this warranty you’ll receive a brand new item if protected with this warranty.

  3. 3.Receipt of Pure Protection Warranty

Once competed we will send you confirmation of your new item with new order number via email.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after via delivery to request a return.

  • 2.Provide the receipt of purchase.
  • 3.Item must be returned within the 3o period after receiving the item.

However, we may need further inspection on your purchased item if the requirements asked from you is unclear. In this case we’ll provide you with a PRN, and not refund you until we’ve received and inspected your return product. Once you’ve followed our returns instructions and sent your item to the address given. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned product. You’ll be given our decision then via email. If successful you’ll be automatically refunded in full on your original payment method. Wrong Product was delivered
