Its a lil heavy but well built. The display is bright enough to see during a hot sunny day, the headlight is pretty bright at night. Had to adjust the brakes a bit to make it brake at a shorter distance. Good enough for kids and adults.
Graham Armknecht –
The commuting of going 15 miles an hour is incredibly helpful, however the scooter falls apart with general wear and tear. I would like to see if there’s some way to remedy the falling apart.
John Demers –
Love this scooter ,wish it had a little longer range.because when zooming around town would like to go further. However for the price it’s awesome . I’ve had it for around a year ,no problems at all.
Sophie –
Good to get from train station to work in the city. Zippy, battery life is good, charging it ever other day. Honestly though this thing is HEAVY. Carrying it up and down stairs is a serious work out!!! Almost straining, and it’s point of balance is in a strange place too.

I get so many questions about this everywhere I go. I go everywhere so easily and its really fast. Its actually my best purchase ever. If you are thinking of getting this, don’t think twice. Just do it!
Milin desai –
I like this bike you can use it as hybrib the folding option is the best, so you can carry anywhere even in your office too.
Bike is comfortable to ride, my work was around 3.5 miles and battry used to drain half so I think you can trust this battry upto 6-7 miles. Battery life depends on lot of thing like how yoi are spinning around, what is your weight? how many time you are breaking etc.
But found this good deal I would recommend this instead of cycle for shorter commute, cucles easily get stole where scooter you can always keep with you. It also easily fit in the any car without need of any extra tools.
trisha gurney –
The only disappointment feature is how unstable the neck is. It rocks a lot. I would assume it is related to the folding mechanism.
J. Collazo –
a week in so far so good… not sure if i trust the battery though… the life bar goes up and down during use… but overall a super cool investment *knock on wood
Davenne –
Very nice scooter

There are a few minor adjustments that can be made by yourself, but nothing major.

I love it

It arrived packaged as a box within a box which I like.
Opened it up and set it up for the first time, it felt very sturdy and secure. Charged it overnight and took it with me for my commute to work after the train. It folds up and is pretty easy to carry, a strap would make it easier to carry. I was able to use this to get to work instead of my normal 6 block walk and I got there much faster and conveniently. I’ll probably use this around the neighborhood as well during the daytime, I don’t see myself using it at night, so the led light on the front isn’t going to be very useful, but it’s nice that it’s there.
Deven Hilpert –
I’m having a lot of fun in the park with my son, and I don’t mind going to the store for milk now that the wife insists. This is a fantastic kit. Keep your phone charged and you’re good to go!

Things well smoothly but then scooter has weird error. Lynette From go track reached out to help right away. She was kind and walked us through the issue. Scooter is running smooth now. Great scooter and great company to work with

I bought or rather replaced multiple devices for my son over the past year. He received a Hover-1 for Christmas. That broke within months, returned it. The replacement broke within a weekend. Retuned that for another scooter. That lasted two weeks. But this one, we all say, “feels more sturdy”. It was about the same price (~$100 more than the original purchase hoverboard). The battery lasts, the device is far more powerful and built a lot better than the others we’ve tried. This feels like it was built to last, and for a 14 year old boy, he will definitely put it to the test and so far, working very well. This is a very good product, and excellent price.
Elvis r. –
I am very happy with the product. Only that I came with the mud of the broken rear tire. Is it possible that they send me the part or will I have to return the scooter so that they can send me one in perfect condition?
Roma Keebler –
Gives a true sense of quality, and it’s not half-shifting…!! I’m very impressed….
Justen H –
This scooter handles well, but it isn’t too fast and the battery is already starting to lose its energy faster. It’s a good one for a decent price, bit I’d spend just a little more and get the ninebot.
Brianna –
Worth every penny! We have a more expensive one that is falling apart just from normal use. This one has been great since we got it with no issues! I recommend buying this one!
Regan Larkin –
Scooter that is worth your money! This purchase has made me really delighted.

I live 6 blocks from my office and this scooter is super fun to use for the commute. My dog also loves it and every time I get it out she begs for a ride. Super fun to ride around the neighborhood as well.
pau rovira crua –
Fantastic. But it came with a scratch on the screen.
Manan –
I loved it. It’s very comfortable for computing. It gives good mileage. I take it to the train station every day. It’s light weight, so it’s easy to carry around. The battery life is also good. Lasts me at least two days. The front light helps to drive safely in night too. Would definitely recommend others.
daryl –
When my $450 eScooter went down (and thats not to saying that more expensive stuff will be better as for 31 days, it didn’t let me down once, unfortunately thats a different issue and not doesnt reflects this one.) Its half the speed of my Main Scooter, Not as Comfortable, and doesn’t go as far. But it does what it advertised to do. For me, its a good backup or regular fun scooter to ride and have. I would recommend that this and all eScooters being sold have an Extended Battery Option ..

I purchased this item. The first time it seemed pretty zippy and could handle most mild inclines, battery life was not great but it was enough to cover the same ground i could cover in like an hour and fifteen minutes of walking. Then I ended up getting that one stolen and bought a second one. top speed of about 16mph. The second one was just overall terrible. The battery life lasted about the same as a 30 minute walk, it maxed out at around 10mph instead of like 16mph like the first one, and it literally could hardly handle the slightest inclines. the tire also went flat right after a couple weeks (which possibly was slightly flat to begin but not enough to really notice, before going really flat and probably and contributed to the decreased functionality), but I guess i had a hole in the tire and to replace the tire and disassembly was not straightforward and easy, and probably would pay someone as much as than the thing cost in the first place to fix it. So yeah, you may get a good one, or you may get one that comes out the shop with less juice.
Gothick –
I am very shocked at how smooth and fast this bike is. I live in the city and birds & limes get so expensive over time. I love that it folds as well, so when I bring it to work, I can put it out of the way so no one trips over it!
wanderlust1 –
I wouldn’t buy this again. It worked great at first but the battery died and needed to be replaced less than two month after purchase which was a huge disappointment for my grandson.

I did a few test ride and its very awesome I love how it rides and the battery life is very very good I made a good investment to the scooter im very happy that I made this buy

I’ve had this going on 2 months now and it’s helped me get to work but the life and miles have decreased from 12 to 10 it still rides good I ride in all weather or terrain I’ve no problems I popped a tube so I went tubeless and had no problems yet besides it being to slow for me but it was still a good purchase none the less
Karl S. –

So I’ve used those rental scooters around town before and decided having my own was worth it. I’m happy to report I’ve used it 3-4 times and been thrilled with this scooter. Assembly was relatively minimal and easy, and it really can be used for commuting short distances! I’m excited to use it more as the weather gets cooler and if you’re looking for a sturdy scooter at a reasonable price, this one is a great bet!
Jaileigh –
this electric scooter is the best .. it rides smooth and stays charged for a long period of time .. if you have a child or you would like to get from place to place, i recommend this electric scooter 🙂

I just got this the other day after reading tons of reviews and watching videos on youtube. It’s really great, a bit of a learning curve if you’ve never really ridden one. I live in NY and it’s very hilly in my area so it’s only good in certain areas of my city but I really got it because I’m spending the summer in Charleston and it’s fairly flat there so I think it will be a good way to get around. Of course it’s much hotter there in the summers than it is in NY so we’ll see how well it does in the heat. On most sidewalks and pavement it’s a smooth ride but on gravel or even anything with a few pebbles it is a rocky ride. I bought a strap to carry it with that velcros and it’s a lot easier to lug it back it forth. If you’re just carrying it by hand I would suggest carrying it towards the front end as that’s where most of the weight is. I noticed that a lot of reviews complained that it kept coming unclipped when they were carrying it and to adjust it and it shouldn’t be an issue. I did just that and found that it helped. My biggest complaint about it is that it is a pain in the ass to fold. I haven’t seen any reviews say anything about the mechanism being tricky sometimes. Maybe it’s my delicate baby hands but damn it took me forever to get it and I’ve had to sit on the street and yank it (Yes I’ve been pulling the safety pin while I’m doing it). Eventually my hands will get used to it I guess but if I, a 27 year old woman who has in fact worked with her hands before, can’t get it 100% of the time I can’t imagine it’s easy for a child to. It’s definitely not a kids toy or anything like a kid’s scooter.

I really like the scooter. My only complaint is I wish it had a little more power pulling hills. I have to give it a kick on hills to keep it going. If you live in a flat area this scooter is perfect!
Dawn Schneider –
I can’t say enough good things about this entry-level electric scooter; it’s a lot of fun for my entire family. Is highly recommended, and the service is second to none.
Jessica Lassiter –
So much fun! We live in the country so we bought them for fun and not so much work. Originally my 8 year old wanted one but when it arrived we all liked it! Tall enough for my husband and I 5’7 and 5’11. Also sturdy and feels not cheep. Definitely not just a toy. Have been using it for rides to town and so far it’s held up great! We just reordered a second one for our older son and am sure mom and dad will be getting two more soon!
Sylvester Satterfield –
A fantastic scooter at a fantastic price. It’s entertaining, but if it were legal, it would be a fantastic and environmentally beneficial mode of transportation.
Carly Powell –
When I opened this scooter somehow I was expecting something smaller, lighter, and less impressive. How wrong I was!! This scooter is heavy, and built like a vehicle that you can ride on even the busiest streets. As a commuter in a big city I was stressed walking 30+ minutes to my part time job. I bought this scooter to cut down on my commute and to make it easier to visit with friends later in the evening without worrying about walking home late at night. This scooter has cut my work commute down to 12 minutes!! It speeds and stops quickly, and the cruise control is really nice. It can be a little tricky to fold the scooter and it is a little awkward to carry when it’s folded. Overall, I am some excited that I bought this and I can’t wait to scoot around the city!
Musallam Aljassasi –
I got this scooter to use it in my town and on going to classes. It is very helpful for me and i sold my car because I found that I didn’t need it at this time because I live in small town. The battery stays for two to three days. Also it’s adjustable so you can take it with you inside classes, stores, etc. i highly recommended to others.
Adam S Jones –
I bought this to ride to work. It feels decent; however, the brake feels a bit cheap. It does stop the scooter pretty well.
I am a 210 pound male, and this carries me up to about 15 mph on flat road. It slows down on moderate inclines and requires kicking to get up steeper hills. I live in a very hilly location, so I’m not 100% sure this is going to work for me. The battery life is sure to be impacted, and I’m just not sure it’s up to the task.
If you live in a hilly location, and don’t want to have to push the scooter at all, this is probably not the best choice. It does fine if you help it. I wish that they’d share the incline ability data with these things.
Summary – Feels pretty well made, goes great on a flat road. Maybe not ideal for larger riders in hilly locales.
Gerry Quintana –
The battery those not that long as as said in the advertisement only 5 to 7 miles renege distance.
stacy –
Fun scooter but doesn’t hold charge worth crap!
Ty marshall –
Loved it but the batter keeps going down with 15 mins of riding

[UPDATED]
Bought one in September 2020. It was running well, charging good and riding fine. Mileage seem not to reach the advertised amount of miles on a flat road. I barely use this. Only use it during my trackdays going to the bathroom. Today I used it and upon riding the scooter it just jerked twice then stopped working. It would turn on but will not run. Rebooted and charged 100% still not working. Messaged customer service. They responded with a generic email. Been two or 3 weeks now and still no response.
(Update) things got better and customer service reached out. Lynette provided me with the appropriate resolution fod my issue. She was fast, informative and awesome representative. With this kind of customer service I would give this 5 stars.
Thanks Lynette!

We purchased this for our dad to ride to and from work and with the kids while they are on their hoverboards. This scooter has a smooth ride, charges quickly, and was easy to assemble. It goes much faster than the one’s that are left to rent around town. All of the adults that see it want to give it a try. It’s awesome. Now if they could just make it in pink so I can purchase one for myself. LOL
JP –
Its a good product, the battery needs to last longer
keyur Patel –
Charged it overnight and took it around my neighborhood, seem very fast. I still need to get used to it, overall looks and feels ber sturdy and secure. will be using this for my work commute starting Aug when I go back into the office, for now, my kids are using it more than I am. Kids love it as well.
Kenya Robel –
It appeals to me, and I enjoy playing with it. I bring it with me wherever I go.

I used to own electric moped with a seat and 500w motor. It had great speed and range but had to be parked outside due to size and weight. I used it to commute all over NYC and put over 3000 miles on it before selling it.
I’m in need for a scooter for short commute (1 mile) and thought one of those could be a great option but alas i’m not so convinced.
In comparison with my previous moped, this scooter just sucks. It’s slow, can’t climb hills and over all feels unsafe. The safety factor is related to basic physics. The scooter is only like 4 feet long so standing on it you create a high-center of gravity set-up so when you break, your torso still wants to travel forward – something i didn’t consider before the purchase – that’s just prone to accidents. (trust me, i’m like the least safety conscious person ever so when even when “i” point it out, it might be serious).
The latch mechanism feels a bit flimsy too.
I don’t know, the verdict is still out.
Jonathan Funk –
Very simple to assemble and use. I got it as a gift for my brother. I’m considering doing it alone.
ly395619512 –
This electric scooter looks ok. But when you ride it, you can feel that this scooter does not have sufficient power. When I ride it for a week, the screw dropped. The battery life is short. Overall, it is not a very good one.
Gothick –
My husband gifted this scooter to me for my birthday and I love using it! We usually use the birds and limes, it’s great to have your own one, well worth the money in the end
William Gammon –
I ride this to work and back now, I am over the 220lb limit so makes the battery not last as long, yet it still can make a full round trip. “About 8 miles” so anyone under that can expect really good results with their commute.
Amber Jaeger –
I love this scooter for a quick trip downtown. It is easy to use, stable and easy to charge. The price is incredible and it has been a great value.
Courtney –
It gets me to where I need to go but after a couple months the back wheel started to squeak and I can’t figure out why brakes are fine so I’m at a loss
Damir Roberts –
I take 4 trips on this scooter a day. This allows me to have a full hour break at home. Battery life is fine. Charge it when I can & it stays full enough for the whole day.
Paulette Smith –
After three rides around the neighborhood, the tire was flat. I have not been able to replace the tire. It is very difficult to take the tire off and the replacement tire was impossible to put on. The battery didn’t last long. I wanted to have more speed. Overall not satisfied.
Konnor Smith –
This thing is crazy cool! Bought one for my women for her bday, and now I’m buying myself one!
Johnnydcrypt –
The mileage is deceptive this thing definitely is not a practical commute but it’s a whole lot of fun while the battery lasts, at low speeds and while kicking the ground to assist the motor I get 7ish miles out of it
alexzyf –
For those who do not know where the screw is , the screw is on the scooter and need to loosen.

Very happy customer!!
Lynette helped me solve my problem and very good customer service. Would definitely recommend it. They stand by their product! ✨
Chelsea F. –
I took this scooter camping to a family reunion and the whole group had a ball taking turns for a spin!! The battery lasted the entire evening with lots of different people taking turns. It provides a smooth ride and goes faster than I was expecting! It climbs small hills well and folds into a relatively compact position to fit nicely in the trunk of my car. I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend!!

Great scooter love this thing

Esta súper!!! Me encanto!!!!!!
Angela L. –
I think the weight of the whole scooter should be a little bit more lighter
Jennie W. –
For an electric scooter the price is very fair, it does just as it says without fail, exact speed, exact range, everything. Until the heat starts to beat down on the poor thing. It’s unavoidable, the scooter is meant for outside riding so of course the sun’s going to beat down on this, but the battery just dies so quickly after a while. I can’t get a proper read on battery life and the performance has dropped by 3mph. The thing will go from full charge to 1 bar in about 2 minutes. It’s a shame, I really like this thing. Luckily it seems they sell replacement batteries, but we’ll have to see

I really like it. My both daughters enjoying with that. Planning to buy kids scooter. The support team member Ms Olivia is great.
Exemida –
The scooter works fine just have to give it a push start.
Unfortunately on attempting to use the breaks the plastic bit snapped off rendering the breaks useless. I used some electrical tape I had lying around and taped the plastic bit back on so the breaks work as of that weird temp fix.
recommendation to seller: Stronger plastic perhaps or an alternate material.
It came with no charger so I have to figure what charger it uses. for 300 dollars you couldnt include a charger most electronics come with one these days. But not this one apparently.
I cant refold it but its ok since I can just let it stand in my room and lug it awkwardly out of a door.
chaim Lichter –
The quality of the scooter is great. The customer service is good. I had an issue with the recharger, i reached out to customer service and they sent me a new one.

I just love this scooter, I used to ride it in Boston and when I moved to Florida I bought a new one of the same scooter, just one thing change its tyre asap as they get flat pretty soon ,also one can ride it in mind rainy days with no issues
Nechama –
Love my scooter! Easy assembly can be done in 10 mins came fully charged but I still put it on the charger great ride to work! I’m new to scooting so I start on just the first gear which is for a flat surface but can switch to second gear if you going up hill and if you wanna go faster! Love that it has cruise control and different gears to use. It weighs about 30 pounds when folded but I only fold it when I get to work to offer more space, other than that I keep it unfolded and just walk it beside me when I’m in the building great for me since I’m pregnant!
mtargo –
Pretty cool to ride, it is heavy though. I ended up returning because I couldn’t use it as much as I thought I could.
Coral Shell –
We got this for our 13 year old but we adults love riding it as well. Our 9 year old loves to ride it too so we will be ordering him one as well!
@luanabecchi –
we bought it as a gift for my daughter, she loved it!! He is fast and strong. very easy to use.
Wizard But –
Average price of a scooter is around $500.
The fact that this one is only $300 is fairly obvious from the start.
Upside, does just fine up most hills and hits 15 mph just fine. On an average ride with a few hills you’ll get around an hour of riding.
Downsides, could go without the cruise control which comes on automatically if your cruising and the motors a little noisy.
The fact that it’s front wheel drive is kind of a pain because you cannot pull up as easily when going over bumps and just overall takes some getting used to.
Hell of an economy scooter though.
tami –
Good toy for going local….
Stephanie VO –
FYI you will turn heads when you ride this and you will get lots of “OMG WHERE DID YOU GET THAT???” No regrets here. I bought two and we have a great time when we ride them. Also!!!! little added extra fun fact! they have CRUISE CONTROL. Yeah buddy!!!! Its freakin awesome!!! I love them!
NT20 –
Love it! Haven’t had to use my car in a week to run errands. Battery life and mileage are great.
Briana –
Really good and the speed is crazy. Def recommend
Gregory –
Everything is fine been using for commuting for almost 3 weeks but there is some software bug where the screen doesn’t show the right battery life and when it charging the lights are not right so I never know when I have a full charge I just try to let it charge for 4-5 hours so I don’t think it would go the 8–12 miles advertised without dying but besides that stuff it’s cool
Naphisa Smith –
I absolutely love this little scooter. I use it to get to the store or park. I live on campus and it makes getting around so much easier. I’ve used it for about just over a 7 weeks now. Still as good as new
TheGreenGoat –
The biggest thing to think of when getting one of these is also getting a set of solid tires, because if you’re using these for anything important, when a tire goes flat
It will suck, other than that, I absolutely love it
Orin –
Had this for a few weeks now. It’s held up pretty good, especially for the price. I’m 175lbs and it gets up to max speed on a flat road with no problem.
It’s battery level indicator isn’t too reliable, though; it kinda jumps around. But its 12mi range is reliable, so you just have to remember how far you’ve gone.
Rickie Metz –
Brilliant!
Lura MacGyver –
I would 100% recommend obtaining puncture prevention fluid since it provides you the peace of mind that you can ride wherever without worrying about getting a popped tyre and having to bring it home, and it also saves you from having to fiddle with taking the tyres off to change them.
Adrien Shields –
With this scooter, I’m saving so much time. The only drawback is that I’m growing heavier due to the lack of exercise.

Grateful to have during pandemic. Was a reliable pal for a year. However, it stopped working after a year. Made of extremely inexpensive plastic. Pieces started chipping off after two months. I was riding, heard a noise behind me, saw it was part of the plastic crumbling off. Rear fender fell off out of blue one day. Couldn’t use in the rain after. Smaller plastic pieces chipped off after small bumps. Counsel is breaking off by the front wheel. Material is very, very, very, very, very cheap. That said, it was my go to means of transportation for a year. Again, grateful for the commuting help it gave. Should be produced with better materials. Customer service was no help. Didn’t last more than a year.
kyle –
I got it for my 9 year old and he goes so fast on this thing. There’s no governer going downhill
Aarya Deb –
The scooter really delivers on its promised range, maybe just a mile or half shy. It is decently capable of fulfilling commuting needs. Wish it had a rear light and a way to turn off cruise control for shorter rides. Overall, cant complain

nice quality but the charger was damaged

Dec 2021 Update: Lynette from the company emailed me about our defective scooter and the bad experience we had. Saying she wanted to make it right, and she did. She emailed me a shipping label, I sent the scooter to the warehouse. And she had a new one sent. New one is perfect! My 11 year old was beyond thrilled to get to ride again.
I appreciate and am impressed when a company admits when they’ve made mistakes and are working to fix those. So I’ve updated my review from 1 star back to 5. As it is an awesome scooter. If this new one stops working due to codes again, I’ll update. But we’re happy!
I bought this scooter on March 24th, 2021. I gave it to my son on April 13, 2021 for his 11th birthday. This thing was awesome. I was thinking of ordering 3 more for Christmas this year. My son rode it up and down our road daily and loved it. And then in August a code popped up and it wouldn’t start. Turns out the company is aware and has terrible customer service. I got an email back saying to try these steps and if not, I can file a claim. So I do those steps, doesn’t fix it. I contact them again to file that claim. Nothing back. So then I emailed a few more times because you get a recording when calling. Still nothing. I ended up writing on their Facebook page and someone messaged me immediately asking my info and they’d check into it. I then get an email saying that we only had a 90 day warranty on it and not the 180 day warranty. Luckily (or so I thought) I had bought the extended 2 year warranty. So I filed a claim with them as the company sucks knowing there’s a problem with it and gives a short warranty. I shipped the scooter to the extra warranty, got it back a month later. It worked for about a week. No longer went the full speed and then about a week in the back tire completely locked up and my son crashed. It’s sitting in the garage as the back wheel won’t turn.
Long story short, go with a better company. A $300 scooter should last more than 4 months. Thankful my son didn’t get injured more than scraped up arm.
You might get a few months out of this thing. I don’t recommend it though.
jeffrey –
The scooters are a lot of fun if you have friends around they’ll want to try them. definitely worth the money
veronica –
I have used this a lot . Left my car home . It’s fun and convent

Great scooter for the price
Carolyn B. –
I liked it first. I could go all around town. But then the battery started dying. It would just turn off with out warning so I’d be stranded. I do NOT recommend this scooter. It’s not worth it even at a low price.
Brandon Birkland –
It does not even make it to 15mph You gotta kick the ground 5 + times just to get it going and it only goes about 6 miles before the battery dies completely But its a good scooter only if it was about $100

We did have an issue with the charger – however, I called their support and they told me it was actually my battery. So they quickly shipped a new one to me – it was super easy to install and it is charging again correctly! Thanks

This is my first eScooter and I really like it. There are a couple things that makes me give it 4 star instead of 5 stars. Before I explain, this is do to my experience and usage of scooter and experience may vary on condition of location where you commute. For me here in Boston, the roads are treacherous. There are tones of cracks, holes bumps and train rails everywhere (train rails depends on where you live). That’s why I’m always keeping an I out when I’m riding. With that said I do my best to doge them but it’s not easy drivers here are a holes and the streets are mostly tight. When I do go over there’s bumps and rails this scooter takes it like a champ. I haven’t had it for long yet but the tires are still great after about 2 or 3 weeks of riding and let me say with all I come across it’s still in great shape. The speed is pretty decent and cruise control is pretty easy to activate. The battery and distance to travel is not that great for me but I would still give it 5 stars. It can go up semi steep hill pretty easily, like about 15 degree. I have to go up quite a few slopes and when you do the scooter puts in more power to push up so that ends up draining the battery quite a bit. However charging the battery is about 4 hours like it says when it’s on empty. Also when it’s on it’s last leg it still gives you a little of a push for a bit before it completely dies. I hope this review helps.

For my son’s 10th birthday, I’m going to order this E-Scooter. He is enamoured with it. 1.Extremely powerful physique. 2.The booklet is simple to put together and useful. 3.This product’s mobile app is simple to install and utilise on an Android phone. Pairing with a mobile phone is simple. 4.It comes with a charger. It only takes a few minutes to fully charge. 5. There are two modes: rapid and green. My youngster enjoyed a pleasant ride in it. He stated that it is quite fast. 6. Effective break system. 7. After folding it in half, store it in a smaller location. Other: the seller’s delivery mechanism is extremely swift and accurate.

I have had this scooter for almost 2 years now and I use it for my daily commute to and from work, about 4 miles round trip in a hilly area. I got the scooter because I got a big boy job at the university and showing up to work on bike, covered in sweat, was not a good look.
The e-scooter is a great option because it is more lightweight than a bike, but about as fast. 12mph is about cruising speed on a bike, the scooter hits 15-17mph depending on the battery condition. It goes up hills fine.
I charge it between commutes, but I can expect about 3.5 trips or 7 miles in my hilly area from a full charge- and at full speed. A year and a half later, I need to replace the battery, but I can still expect 2.5 trips and top speed 15+mph. Lithium polymer batteries, such as the ones in this scooter, degrade after 300 charges, so I’m not complaining as the replacement is $75.
I blew a tube and replaced it without issue. Use a dremel to smooth the lip on the rim and the valve will go in easier, I pull with some needle nose plyers on the valve stem, careful to not bend the valve core.
The disk brakes need to be replaced after a year ($12) cause they wear out naturally like any brake pad. I tune the brakes every 3 months, but they work excellent otherwise. To tune the disk brake, loosen the set screw on the rear brake pad and use an allen wrench to turn the back of the rear brake pad so the pad is nearly touching the disk. The piston is on the front of these disk brakes, you can adjust the tension on the line to tune the piston brake pad position – there should be a gap of several millimeters from the disk on the piston side.
Other than that, the hinge is great and I did have to replace the fender ($13) which broke off about 6 months ago.
The scooter has no shocks, but is fine for the responsible. I think shocks are important for younger rider, they tend to ride these things hard, and shocks help prevent falls.
The math works out $300 for the scooter,$13 for a replacement rear fender, $10 for a replacement line hook, $13 for break pads, $8 for a tube, $20 for a new front tire (wore it down to the tube in 1.5 years.) = $364 per 1.5 years = ~66 cents per day to own. I will purchase a battery in the next month and the cost will increase to ~80 cents per day. 5 stars, completely reasonable maintenance and upkeep cost.

What else can I say? We love it so much we are getting a 2nd scooter so we can ride together father and son! Very well built, sturdy and FAST!!!! For those that say the battery didnt last and that you had it plugged up for months and you dont know why it died??? Did you read the battery instructions and care? You dont leave a battery on charge for days or weeks at a time! You charge it for the hours it says and that’s it! Battery’s can over charge…this isn’t you phone or laptop. lol Anyone unsure about buying this scooter… just do it! I did a ton of research on scooters before I bought this one and I couldn’t be happier! trust me!

Wouldn’t accelerate speed stayed at zero. Couldn’t reset even with technical support. Going through the return process.
4/26 Update: 1 star to 5 stars
I have went thru the entire return process which was fairly simple. After returning I was contacted by after sales to replace the defective piece. They apologized and V explained that sometimes there are lemons. After I informed them on the return. Lynette S. (after sales) offered a free scooter to replace the lemon. Originally I thought it was too good to be true. One week later I received my new working scooter. Now I’ve waited a month to give myself time to test it out to give an accurate review.
I actually love it! Battery life is pretty good. I’ve rode an hour downtown for 2 separate days & the battery display hasn’t moved a notch. It surprisingly goes over lil bumps and holes very well. I kept imagining it flipping me over because the bump or little bit hole was too large to ride over. But it never happened 😅 thankfully! I purchased originally for easy commuting. Now it’s not just about the commute! I just enjoy riding! & it was free 😍

I’ve had the scooter for a month now and am very pleased. It is very durable – as others reviews mentioned something you’d expect from a higher priced scooter. I’ve been rough with the scooter and it’s handled everything . I took it off road through … which attracted several stickers and foxtails.. I couldn’t believe the tires didn’t go flat . I would say this might be a bit difficult to manage for a younger kid – given the weight. I wish the battery would charge longer – or there was a way to import a backup battery for longer trips… but I get it …it’s not meant to drive cross country.. if you’re debating beteeen one of the higher priced models and this one .. unless it’s battery life you’re worried about ( and I don’t even know if the expensive models hold a longer charge) I’d say save your money … this scooter gets it done .

I purchased two of these and had issues with both. One had major tire trouble and kept stalling and the other – a ring separated where it charges making it unable to be charged again. Took a long time to get warranty but after a change in staff, Lynette took over and took care of both warranty issues. My boys tell em that both their new scooters seem much sturdier and better quality, smoother ride. I don’t know if the two I got during the pandemic were just a bad batch, but the kids do tell me the newer scooters, even though same model number, are much better than the first two. Previous to our experiencing warranty issues, we referred to 4 other people and we seemed to be the only one with issues. The kids are looking forward to using these again. Thank you to Lynette.

Don’t normally do reviews but this seller has earned it. We bought 4 of these scooters about 1.5 years ago. The scooters have performed great and we have really enjoyed them. We started getting an error code (E22) on of them so I did some research online and tried everything that was recommended without any success. I did finally contact customer service to try and figure out how to repair it. After trying several resets and having no luck they sent me a new console at no charge even though it was out of warranty. Not a lot of businesses would go to that effort to keep happy customers. I would highly recommend this company!

I’ve had my scooter since May 2020 and it’s still working good. To me it feels well made and durable. I like that it’s easy to accelerate and brake. Top favorite is that the battery is in the handlebar post, giving plenty of clearance underneath the scooter for riding on uneven ground. I’ve riven on dirt, pebble ground and asphalt and this mini tank tackles it all. I haven’t ridden in water though or rain since it’s was advised not to. Charging is quick and fold up is super easy. Carrying isn’t bad for shirt trips, my house has stairs so I have to carry my scooter down.

Got this for commuting to work in Denver, and I will say it’s perfect!!! The battery life is excellent, it folds up so you can take it to work and find a spot for it without worrying about it being stolen outside, the lights are bright, fastest I got it was 19 mph, and it zooms!! This is perfect if you work In a big city with lots of traffic or if you can’t afford a car, it will get you from point A to point B, it’s waterproof to a certain extent so I’ve ridden it in the rain just fine, and it handles well, about the same as a bike, it’s pricey but it came In handy a lot, I’d say for the price you pay you get a great E scooter, with a good charge, good ergonomics, it zooms for being a scooter, great product would buy again
Dawn Carini –
I love this scooter!! Got it because I needed to get around with a knee injury. I weigh 150 and this thing gets me around, easy to use, nice and zippy, rode it all through Halloween on this thing with no battery issue!! Goes about 15 to 16 mph, takes hills no problem. Rode it on dirt through my daughters 5k also, again battery did amazing. Folds up to pop in the back of the suv. Great buy!

My son has been using this scooter since purchased which has been about a few months now. I have not had any problems with it. He rides for about an hour and a half non-stop. He uses it for recreational purposes only. It has a bright light and it is able to climb some hills with ease. It is able to bear his 190 pounds with ease. I really like this product. The only complaint is folding it open and close. Once it was stuck in the folded position and we could not unfold it. We had to unscrew the area where the hook latches onto the scooter unlatch and unfold the scooter. Overall this is a great purchase.
Rose –
This scooter is fast! I’m very happy with how much power it has. The battery life is long too. I take it to the stores near my house without losing much charge and the next day I’ll go somewhere else and still have plenty of battery left. It has nice brakes and the charger port has a nice seal to protect from rain and dirt. The folding part lets me keep it inside the house. The horn is ok. I didnt like the horn that much at first. Also, you have to find the sweet spot to make the cruise control activate. You have to hold it at a certain speed for 10 secounds. Takes some practice.

I bought this for my son for getting from his apartment to his college classes and around campus. It’s been great! He can fold it and carry it into class with him, and it will be cheaper than renting scooters. Plus, he said the rental scooters have speed limiters, and this obviously does not.

When I bought this to commute to school (I moved a little bit further away) my boyfriend said I would never use it. I ride this thing every day!! The battery life is great, it zooms real fast and I have the best time and most convenient ride to school!!

Thought it was broken … and support was closed.
Appears that u have to get it to 3mph before the motor will kick in.

I just share this with my teenage kids for fun. Great for cruising the neighborhood. I exceed the weight limit, but it still does a great job if moving me around.

Worked fine on day one, but that’s it! Day 2 powered off on first ride out of the driveway and would not power back on again. Full charge , but no life at all. . This was a Birthday gift for my daughter. In time I heard from
Lynette, she was extremely kind and helpful in getting my issue resolved.
Derick Arrow –
Got what I expected, only issue is if you park and let it timeout it won’t turn back on, will have to open it up pop the bat to reset. So carry an allen wench with you or you might get stranded.
Update- dog knocked it over and down the porch steps. half the front fender broke off, back fender u can get a replacement but not front 🤔
Jacq Lester –
I absolutely love this scooter! The value for the price you pay is well worth it. It is very comparable to Bird scooter for a fraction of the price.
Michael Petrov –
We live a couple of miles from downtown. No reason to drive a car anymore! Hope the battery will last for more than a year!
Alex –
Not too sure if it really gets 9 to 12 miles per charge but then again I’m 200 pounds and live in a small town with some hills and it gets me there and back with no problems,so far I’m very happy with the scooter after 2months of heavy usage,so I highly recommend it
JJ –
I am currently working in the city, I am getting this for my daily commute to train station, it took 18 mins to walk.
with this scooter, I only took me 3 mins. what a life saver. Highly suggest all commute people to get one. the battery life is better than i expected, the qualify is very good. I like it very much

After contacting customer service again, the representative, Lynette, reached out and offered to replace the display console.
I received the console and replaced the old/damaged one and now the scooter works perfectly.
Lynette followed up with me throughout the process and provided excellent customer support. Thank you Lynette.

We got it on sale for 250 amazing for that price goes 15.7 mph on flat going full speed with a couple stops this will last you around 4.5 miles I go 3.9 miles and always have little battery left overall great but you should spend a little more like around $500 to get better battery speed and bigger tires like the hiboy s2pro that I also have

Amazing customer service
The new version v2 powerful
Siara –
Amazing scooter. I’ve wanted one for a very long time but I thought the decent ones were all in the $500 range. This thing is amazing for $300. I get about 10-12 miles of range on it when not holding the throttle all the way down. Not to mention, electric scooters are just really fun to ride. It’s also really easy to learn.
Adam Louly –
If you can’t afford an expensive scooter, this is your scooter to go! Pretty decent and smooth!
I’ve been using it for couple days and its steady! The battery is good ( just don’t use it much on hills ) it goes up to 15.7mph and it has the locked in feature!
Happy with what I got for the price !

Hello
D. Torkelson –
**Update after 3 months**: the battery is starting to die on my normal 4-mile commute. This is quite disappointing since it is marketed as a “commuter scooter” and I thought I was well within the 8-12 mi range. And it probably doesn’t matter with modern batteries, but I have been strictly charging it for only 4 hours per night with an outlet timer, to avoid extreme over-charging. So I can’t blame the lifespan on leaving it plugged in for too long.
I have had the scooter for two months so far, commuting about 4 miles almost every day. The positives:
– can often reach its top speed (15.5 mph) on level terrain or downhill (I am 180lbs and take a heavy backpack with me)
– longest trip on a single charge was about 9 miles, with some hills. The battery indicator will fluctuate wildly depending on how hard the motor is working at the moment, so if you see it drop down to 1 bar but you are climbing a hill, don’t panic. Once you level out you should regain some of the battery capacity.
– Easy enough to carry in one hand, for an athletic guy. I have to do 8 flights of stairs over various parts of my daily round-trip commute, and sometimes hold it directly in front of me to squeeze through spaces on the train or train station, and it’s doable. I think my grip strength has improved as a result. 🙂
The negatives:
– will slow down to 11~12mph with a moderate headwind or going up a slight incline; will slow to a crawl (5~6mph) on a hilly residential street, at which point I get off and walk it
– THE CRUISE CONTROL. It automatically turns on (locks in your acceleration) after about 9 seconds, which is a shock when you are carefully navigating a dangerous path and let off the accelerator to slow down only to have it continue its present speed. On a car, this would be called a sticky accelerator and would be a major malfunction!
– Manual tire inflation is very difficult, especially on the front tire. Unscrewing the adapter always lets out a bunch of air, so trying to inflate them has a net-negative effect. You’ll end up with flatter tires than you began with, I recommend an air compressor.
– Unfolding was a weird experience at first. It’s difficult to get the handlebars unhooked from the back fender. You have to push down incredibly hard on the fender, squeezing it into the tire (I bruised my hand the first week doing this) while at the same time pulling the handlebars toward the front of the scooter. I think the weather also influences how difficult this is. But with some use and under warmer conditions, I think it has become easier to do.
Lastly, I got a staple in the tire after a few weeks, which I pulled out no problem (not deep enough). But the next day my tire picked up a nail (probably from the same area) and I did not pull it out because I was certain it punctured it. The tire has lost pressure, and its top speed and acceleration suffer as a result. I am buying solid rubber tires now to replace.

I’ve been using this scooter for a couple of weeks now and it’s great. When I was shopping for an electric scooter, I wanted something cheap but did the main job I was getting it for… cutting down my commute to work. Sure there are fancier ones with Bluetooth capability, are faster, have a larger batter and so on. However, this one does the simple part perfectly. If you just need a scooter for getting from point A to point B, this one is it. Assembly took me only about 10 minutes. It feels solid when you are riding, there’s no rattling or noises that I’ve noticed (besides a slight noise from the motor as it whirs away). It’s also really stable, I haven’t had any issues with feeling like I am going to lose control and wipe out, even at top speed. One thing to note before you ride is the cruise control feature, which sometimes still slips my mind and catches me off guard.
The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because of the battery guage. The battery itself is great and, like I mentioned, lasts quite a while. On the screen, there is a gauge to tell you how much power you have left, but I’ve found it to be fairly unreliable. It will give you a good sense of how much you got left, but if you like to drive your car to “E” before filling up, don’t do it with this scooter. Some cold mornings the screen will say I have no battery left or 1 bar (out of 4), to showing me 2 bars later in the day. Not really a problem for me, I just charge the scooter once it shows 2 to ensure I’m not the fool walking or manually riding an electric scooter.
Regardless of that slight issue, I totally recommend this thing. It’s perfect for someone who wants a simple electric scooter for a great price. I personally cannot fathom paying several hundred for another scooter that barely does anything differently.
Bucky –
We bought this as a birthday present and it worked great for a month. The error of 22E now shows up and the scotter no longer will work. The battery charges fine and everything looks ok. The brake still works and all of the wires are connected. Customer Service is not taking phone calls so you can only email and wait for a response. I have gotten one response where they sent me to their website which wasn’t helpful. The product is still under warranty, but I can’t get anyone to respond to me. We’re very disappointed since the item is no longer returnable after one month, but it is still under warranty but nobody will respond.
Update: After 2 months Lynette sent us a new console and the scooter works. I wish she would have helped solve this originally. I would update to a 5, but can’t because of the 2 months that passed without response or assistance.
Chris –
Shipping took an extraordinary long time I was a little bothered by that because they failed to even begin shipping until the first due date, now that it finally got here two weeks later I’m not unimpressed it has some pep to it and seems like a decent build if not a little cheap, my main concern is going to be the battery life I took it out for a quick spin since the battery showed full and it went from a a full battery to half full in about five minutes of riding I’m going to guess that’s more with it needing a charge than it’s actual range but reading the reviews on here while waiting the extra week got me a little spooked. I almost wonder if the delayed shipping is intentional because I notice my 30 days to return starts when it should have came and not when it actually comes and given that they made no attempt to even ship it until then it makes me wonder.
Niso –
I have been using this scooter for 4 – 5 months. I don’t think I ever was able to get 8 miles out of this battery. The most I could get was 5 mile after fully charging. I live in a hilly area, when I went up the hills, I lose a lot of power and decreases my milage as well, however, other than battery this scooter is one of the best investments I have ever made. I live in a city where using cars for short distances doesn’t make sense. If I would wait for a bus, that would be way too slow or if I were to walk.
I hop on my scooter go to my destination and come back within minutes. Many times, I used it to carry things either me on it or just the item itself. I would place the item on the scooter and push it. It is not the primary reason to use the scooter but saves my enery to myself and avoid carrying sometimes heavy things!
Amount of milage I put on this is fascinating. I am almost certain I put more than 500 miles on this scooter and counting!
If you do not need to go any place more than 2.5 miles each way, this is a great tool to carry with you.
N. C. –
I’ve had this scooter for 4 months now and while I love it, it obviously isn’t the best on the market because you get what you pay for. The scooter lasts about 40 minutes when I commute to work (mostly flat but a few hills) never more than this, even when I start on a full-battery. But since it is the cheapest on the market, this is fine because it’s all I need. Just remember to have it fully charged if you want the full 40 minutes. Besides the battery life, this scooter has been great! No popped tires, the brake works great, the bell is quiet but it’s there. Only other note would be when you first buy it, be prepared to manually adjust the brake line from the back tire forward or it will not fit. It was easy though and I was able to do it (with the right tools) in 3 minutes.

If you come to the game with 300 bucks and expect some thing that will take you 20 miles and go 25 miles an hour, and do insane hill climbs, you might be daft. But if you only have 300 bucks and you’re just looking for something they can handle basic needs, short trips to the store, cruising flat ground, this one is about as good a price as it gets.
Pro’s:
Build quality is quite decent
Larger wheels/smoother ride
Fast charge, reasonable mileage
Foldable/storable
Cons:
15.5mph is max, not super fast but decent
Struggles on medium hills. Fine for mild grades
Battery life on flat ground is 3-4 miles max, the estumate they give is a bit padded/ideal circumstances

This thing is awesome. Battery life is about 1/2 what they claim tho!!! Takes a long time to charge. Like all night till next day. It’s really tall handles don’t adjust down for kids. It’s an adult scooter with a massive foot areas. I wear a 13 so the big wide long foot area is awesome. Breaks are great. It folds up which is nice. It’s like a bird style scooter same quality. This feels like a $1800 scooter. Batteries could last longer tho. It does have a bright headlight also. Really good price on this.

I use my scooter to campaign in the suburbs. It is way more efficient than walking in neighborhoods where the houses are more spread out. Overall I love it, but there are a couple things I would like changed/improved. First, it is sometimes challenging to fold/unfold. I have to take it in and out of my car quite a bit, and it is heavy and a bit awkward. However, it’s getting it folded that is the biggest challenge. The lock pin is not intuitive, and since you have to bend down to access the closing lever, it’s very easy to hit your head with the handlebars as its coming down.
My second concern relates to the cruise control. If you press the accelerator button at the same rate for more than 10 seconds, it will activate cruise. I rarely intend to use the cruise, but my concern is that it is not intuitive to turn off. Unlike a car where applying the brake deactivates cruise control, you must press the accelerator again to turn it off. This has led to some issues as I learned to ride it. I am used to it now, but the brake should always deactivate cruise.
Finally, I wish there was an accessory basket that was available that is wide enough to hold a clip board. I can’t find one on the secondary market that fits. The small bags that I have found don’t quite meet my needs, nor does the 6” rack option.
Overall, I love this scooter. It doesn’t have great power to go up steep hills, but I don’t mind stepping off every once in a while. It is really great on suburban streets where there is a little less traffic and where you can see cars easily. It is not great on gravel or uneven surfaces. With all this, it still meets my needs very well.

I like everything about this, but I live on a super steep hill. Like, maybe 30 degrees. I bought this, really hoping it could help with the hill. It really doesn’t. Kinda disappointing.
Still fun to scoot around on, but don’t expect hills to go well. I think the battery might just not have the output to handle a hill. Which is weird, cuz it goes plenty fast on flat ground. Obviously that’s different though.
The new mechanism to collapse is really, really nice. It’s a great scooter!

I spent quite some time doing research on which scooter would be the cheapest yet efficient one I could find that met my needs. I use this to commute to work while I save up for a car and it’s been pretty good so far. The ride is about 40 minutes and since it is 99% almost flat terrain (concrete, asphalt, etc.) I don’t mind it being that long of a ride.
WHEELS: I was a bit nervous since these are air filled tires and many reviews said they are a pain to replace. However I have no complaints so far. I’ve had it for almost 2 months now and I’ve ridden over glass & they are still standing strong. I am always trying to be careful of where I ride and not to be careless. Yet sometimes it is inevitable. Due to having air in them, I guess it helps with the bumps and rocks. Although I still feel them and it gets rough on the ride, having hard tires would definitely make the ride more difficult and less smooth.
WEIGHT: I’m a 4’11 woman weighing barely over 100 lbs. this scooter is about a quarter of my weight and with uneven distribution of weight it’s no wonder that it gets awkward to carry it sometimes. For me, it is a bit heavy. I recommend getting a handle or a shoulder strap. Or go to the gym and workout more so you can handle it.
BATTERY LIFE: instructions say it takes 4 hours to fully charge. Today I only had 3 out of 4 bars because I forgot to plug it in last night and my 40 minute ride was okay since I didn’t go full throttle like I usually do. It goes 15.5 mph max (your weight will also affect how fast it goes and how much it’ll pick up speed) and going 13 mph -or less- my way there allowed me to make it with still a little bit of battery life left. Had I left with only 2 bars I would have barely made it, I’d have to walk or push the scooter with my foot a couple of blocks to my job. This has happened to me once. So yeah I hope that gives a visual on battery life. It’s not too shabby.
DESIGN: Super basic looking, nothing too fancy it’s a very straight forward looking scooter. There are little guides at the bottom of the base where the scooter folds that guides the scooter towards the hook which is found on the back wheel so that it stays folded for easier pick up or to put away. Pretty neat except when you’re kind of in a rush , sometimes it doesn’t go straight into the guides but rather outside of them. And that could be a nuisance. The throttle at the handle is in a convenient space, however over a long period of time my thumb will cramp and at the end of the day it even twitches which honestly kind of concerns me.
CRUISE CONTROL: This is my biggest and only real complaint. There is no on/off switch or button. Instructions say to hold it down for 10 seconds and it will activate cruise control. However this doesn’t always happen. There are numerous times that people have said it just doesn’t work at all in their review. For me it barely ever works when I really need it to. Especially when I’m on a route that goes straight for a while and my thumb needs a break. It almost never works when I need it to. And sometimes it goes on without me realizing it. It’s unclear, am I supposed to hold it an an angle? Press hard on the throttle? I have no idea. One whole star undeserved.
PRICE: I spent a little over $200 for this scooter. Not a bad price at all. The saying goes, you get what you pay for but I feel like even for a cheaper scooter I feel lucky to have it. Cruise control needs work for sure though.

Love my scooter, my husband got it for my birthday! Is a very nice toy. The little bracket and hook to keep it close, are very cheap plastic. Mine broke the same day that I got it. I wish it was actually easy to close when going up or down stairs. But without the brackets is nearly impossible.
Cyrus Samii –
I’m about 215 lbs, riding on flat surface. This scooter is a speedy and super convenient way to commute. I do about 1.25 mi each way, so about 2.5 mi maybe 3 mi total, and after that the battery needs to be recharged. I don’t have any hills but I doubt it could get me up a hill. I also avoid using it in the rain. So buyer beware of its limitations. All that said I love using this thing, favorite way to get around the city. Happy with the purchase.
Cameo –
It is an amazing product. It’s tall, fast, smooth and very quiet. It has a bright headlight. I love that it tells the speed. The battery lasts a long time. It was easy to assemble.
However, we only had it a week when my daughter hit a curb (because the cruise control was on) and the frame bent real bad. I would expect a product that is this expensive to be able to take a few wrecks before being completely unusable. I was able to bend the fender back but the tire is too off alignment to safely drive. We are super sad and disappointed.
Melissa –
Overall my husband likes this scooter, it’s mostly for lunch around town at work or coming home after plugging in hai electric car. But needs to be charged more often than expected.
Carlos –
Es de calidad y funciona muy bien incluso bajo la lluvia. El problema es que la batería tarda 4 horas en cargarse y dura aproximadamente 1 hora de uso. Además podría ser un poco más veloz
Vernon –
So I’ve had this scooter for about a week now when I first got it it was missing a part that I had to assemble the bike with but luckily I had it in my toolbox…..I don’t know if this happens just because it’s new but the first couple of times I was on it, it was really fast the battery life was really good but now after a week its starting to become slower and I can tell the battery is dying a lot faster…. as of mileage I’m not really sure if it lives up to the whole like 12 to 13 miles but I guess that’s really for you to decide and lastly when I was putting it together the directions doesn’t tell you how to put the break together clearly so I had to literally guess how to put the bike together which could have my life in danger but I figured it out and my dad help me…. and there are YouTube videos if you need help with that
James n. –
This scooter has taken me to a part-time job for over six months.(A 4.5-mile trip, 3 days per week).
I purchased the 2-year warranty and need to use it today, as the folding mechanism is no-longer
functioning properly. But overall the scooter has never failed to get me where I was going.
I will update after seeing how the customer service holds up.
Jennifer –
Great scooter and lots of fun. Battery life is less than what box says. Also, if I were to buy one again I would get tubeless tires.
C. Gabriel –
Great for this entry price level, the only is the battery life seems not so stable.
Robert Rugg –
Battery does not last as advertised, or even close. My commute is 4 miles to work on all flat land in FL. This scooter is out of battery on a 1 way trip when I make it to work. Will be returning.
Manny P. –
STOP WORKING AFTER 4 weeks not even.was fun and all maybe mine had a malfunction but yesterday i went for a ride and it was not doing 15 mph anymore and it was FULL BATTERY! sad to let it go
Lauren –
I really like the product for what I need it for but if you’re wanting to do a mile + commute then spend the extra money on a scooter with a better battery life. Apart from that, everything is as advertised.
Nobab Shimul –
Really good scooter and pretty much unbeatable for the price, however battery does drain pretty fast, much faster than advertised even though I weigh only 130 pounds and my commute is very flat. Also I haven’t heard good things about it’s longevity. Still overall good choice.
Ronald Garza –
It’s a good choice if you are on a budget and need something fun for the outdoors. Sadly when you fold the scooter for easy carring the latch it hooks onto does not hold it at all, so I end up carrying it unfolded anyways but still gets me where I need to go and is still fun to ride.
Jessi –
So disappointed! Arrived broken and the screws on the tire seemed too old and rusted! Requested a replacement and will see if that one is good.
Update:
The replacement is so far so good. Looks nice and works well.
Justin –
It is decent for a beginner. The plastic is cheap and it showed up with a small plastic piece broken. It will serve its needs until it dies and i buy am expensive one.
Capri –
The latch doesn’t work so you can’t carry it
Harlemndrise –
My third one and I’m really enjoying them
Richard –
Used it fine for 6 months. Not used for 1.5 years and now battery is at half capacity. Replacement batteries are not available on their site.
Danny Ausbun –
My teen grandson received this as a Christmas present and enjoyed it until last month, when a tire went flat. When I contacted the company, nothing. A flat tire is understandable for a wheeled vehicle, but being totally ignored by customer service is not.
Brittany –
It is great my 12-year-old loves it, it’s a little heavy for her but she’s outside now and getting more exercise than I ever imagined
Hod Rubenstein –
Generally loved this product but basically less than a year later it is not functioning well. Brakes don’t work, doesn’t keep its charge well, had to replace the charger after 6 mths.
carol stevens –
i wish the battery lasted longer .
Peiye Yang –
They sent me the supplements and the problem fixed
Cari –
Meh, worked until it didn’t. Flat tire for normal wear and tear after 2 months of use. Would not buy again.
Christopher –
It takes like 3 hours to fully charge but it will only last 40 minutes.
Eli –
excellent if use it for short distances. not recommended for long distances.
MRao –
It’s been a month since I’m using this, the charge lasts about 6 – 7 miles only…
Aubrey Noble –
One of the scooters I ordered came with a loose latch so I can’t fold my scooter and carry it.

I’m updating my review after company finally responded to my request. You can see the original review below. Long story short they, like many companies experienced severe employee shortages and were having trouble keeping up. They hired a great sales manager named Lynette that contacted me and was extremely responsive we resolved my issue. Received a replacement part and the scooter works great. It has great battery life, solid and runs well. The part that broke on ours seemed to be a fluke. We love it now, kids use it daily and it keeps up with everything they drag it through!
Original review: The bracket frame between the front wheel and the platform cracked in half. So the quality of the build is subpar. Especially as the only people riding this was my 10-12 year old kids (no adult have stepped foot on it). Locking mechanism doesnt work as well so folding isnt an option. Company QC is lacking. That said, the bigger red flag here is the company’s terrible support (or complete lack there of). Our scooter was out of warranty by about 2 weeks, so I contacted the company to inquire on if I could buy the bracket and fix it myself. I sent an email to their support email and they quickly responded asking me to submit a warranty request. I complied, however I advised them I wasnt looking for a warranty claim, but rather inquire about buying a part that wasnt listed on their website. They quickly then responded asking for a copy of the purchase receipt. I again complied and reiterated that I was not looking for a warranty replacement. After over 2 months now, and 6-8 follow up emails, I havent heard a thing. They’ve completely gone dark, and in addition I’ve called the company and there is an automated attendant with no way to leave a voicemail. It’s infuriating that they have you jump through hoops only to completely go dark and not respond. Even a response of “we can’t sell that part” would have been sufficient! So if you have an issues with these scooter (um, like the fram breaking in half!) don’t expect any help from them at all! PS, I submitted this same review on their website, and of course it was deleted. They only have 4-5 star reviews on their site, says alot about the company…..

This is my favourite school supply !! I use this scooter everyday to get back and forth to class and it has exceeded my expectations. Totally worth the cost. It goes super fast and cruise control is amazing. Folding it will taking some getting used too but it’s pretty simple. The charge will last a good amount of time but it’s safe to keep the charger in hand because you can’t ride it like a normal scooter. Overall, this is my favorite purchase of 2021 and is an amazing study scooter.
Tips:
– Do not tighten the the red hook too much, this will inhibit to get the scooter from coming back up after folding.
– Maxs out at 15.8 MPH
– 8/10 Waterproof
– Will mess up your backseat
* hope this was helpful*
Mariah Robinson –
I haven’t been able to drive it yet due to a recent snowstorm in my area. So overall it’s ok, I guess. I’ll def update it when I get the chance to actually use it outside of half scooting thru my tiny house. So most of the information I know about the scooter I had to google as the scooter came with no printed user manual. The build instructions are vague, and not very helpful or useful. The images don’t match with what the instructions say and could be rather frustrating. I had to turn to a user-run youtube channel to figure out how to put the brake line in. The folding hook didn’t unhook no matter how hard I tried. I just unscrewed the hook instead of pressing down since that wasn’t getting me anywhere even if I pressed down and pulled as it said. ( I tried MULTIPLE methods to do so and none worked) Nowhere in the instructions does it say I need to get up to 3mph to even activate the throttle so that was concerning since I thought I had received a broken scooter. Updates to come soon.

This is the best e-scooter ever, the best foldable design in the market, the air filled tires and the disc brake makes it the greatest e-scooter!!! I used mine for the last two years to commute to work and definitely I’ll never change it!
Alec –
I don’t typically give 5 star reviews, but I decided to make an exception as this scooter has far exceeded my expectations. I have a 5 mile round trip commute for work every day, I have been plugging it in before I go to bed so that way it is charged in the morning when I am ready to leave. I have plenty of power to get to work and back every day (sometimes with a short trip to a nearby store for lunch) and have at least 50 percent battery left. I have one very steep hill that I have to go up when I go to work, I just walk the scooter up the hill and continue riding it once I get to the top, it’s not a problem for me. On the way home when I go down this hill, the combination of the electric brake and the rear disk brake is plenty of braking power to stop even when descending a very steep hill. This scooter is comfortable to ride and feels pretty well made. I am curious to see how the battery will hold up after a few months, I do not keep it on the charger for too long and do not charge it at work so as to use most of the charge in the battery every day. Hopefully this will maximize battery life!

I use this scooter to go to the supermarkets, banks, etc. I drive in the city of Manhattan. Parking is limited and $4.50 per hour of parking! During Pandemic, I use this to do my personal stuff at banks, doctors, etc and is easy to ride, 15 mph max speed. The brakes and handling are good. Word of advise, I bought a frontal pack to store bags and a portable backpack. you never know when you buy something and you don’t have a bag to carry. Careful with high bumps as I fell forward trying to get into the sidewalk and it was a little higher than usual. Put the weight on the back leg, not the front. Really fun to ride and the kids love to use it. The max weigh tis 220 pounds, but i over use it above the limit.
B-rad –
I’ll keep it short: yes, it’s legit. I’ve had mine for about a month or so and I’ve been mindful to baby it. Things like not ruining it through puddles, not rough riding it, avoiding hard bumps, and keeping it off the charger when I don’t need it for long periods. No issues so far, no flat tires. I think this scooter will reward you with a long life if you take good care of it. The battery meter is kind of a guess-o-meter, so take what it says with a grain of salt because it tends to have more range than it leads you to believe. The speedo reads about 1mph high, too, but that’s fine.
Saraaa –
So much fun battery last forever forever
Robert Roxburgh –
This is awesome great mileage and balance of speed
Quinnie –
I am using it to go to work everyday to replace with electric Citi bike in Manhattan (cuz I can hardly get the electric one for my time). It works well and now I don’t have to worry about not getting a bike.
My work is about 3-4 miles away from home, so the mileage and battery last well for my round trip. Cruise control is a bit tricky have to hold more than 10 sec and it only set to the highest speed (15.5mi/hr). Beside that the scooter itself is not too heavy and good enough to carry around. For a $300 scooter which you probably can’t find a better version with this price, I am happy with it.

If I buy a scooter again it would be a go trax. I had a bad experience with the scooter but believe me I bought many different scooter, none even close to this.

We bought this scooter in Oct 2020 and after a few months of inactivity in the garage over the winter, we came to find out in Feb 2022 that the battery would not hold a charge. When plugged into the charger all was fine, but as soon as unplugging it, there was no battery life. I contacted customer service to find out the limited warranty had expired. I expected more than 1 year of use out of $280 scooter so I contacted customer service. A CSR by the name of Wei was super helpful and sent us a new batter which I put into the scooter this past weekend and everything is working fine. This person was pleasant, easy to deal with, very responsive, and seemed to genuinely care about making the problem right. I applaud him for his great customer service. Let’s hope the battery lasts more than another year!
Ibis Otero –
Outstanding product all around, I bought it just to have fun and has exceeded all expectations. Stylish and easy to store. Easy to assemble. It goes 15.5 mph and can cruise control doing so.
David James Savalza –
I live downtown and it’s perfect going to work and running any errands in town. It’s definitely worth the price. I shopped around a bit and glad I chose this one. It’s just what I needed and not too expensive. Highly recommend.

We had to have the console replaced but our customer representative took care of us and everything works great!

Mine just died, bought at Christmas time.
Going to reach out to Customer support and see what say…..
Update,
Customer Support came through with a console ( handlebars) guess I had received a faulty one, ( it wouldn’t take a charge)
Wei with customer support helped me out and got the return process started! H
Thanks again Wei

Can’t begin to convey the fun I’m having zipping around on this scooter! Ease of everything – setup, initial charge, care, storage, carrying when I’m out and about ! Just love it!
Ignacio –
Buena relación de precio calidad, lo peor es que no se puede mojar y en Miami llueve casi todos los días.
Keith cohee –
I just like the payment they allow you to pay $60 a month it’s worth it

My girls started getting into electric scooters so I just had to get one too and this model fit the bill! It just arrived yesterday and we spend the evening zipping around our neighborhood! It was so much fun and it was so easy to ride! The throttle on the right handle bar is easy to control to vary my speed keeping us together and the hand break works perfectly. It’s a solid build too which is important considering I’m…kinda fat. 😂 We were out almost 2 hours before the battery started to get pretty low and the LCD is very helpful letting me know how much battery was left and how fast I was going (15.9 was the max on a straight a way). I already ordered another one for my wife and she wants to go around the neighborhood with us all dressed in witches costumes on Halloween lol! Honestly I just want to try jousting with the broom sticks haha! For the price this one is perfect and we have found our new family hobby! 😀

Great for inner city..

I love my little commuter. This takes me to school and back. Where I live, not many ride these. I think it will be popular after they see me 😁. I charge it for 2 hours or 3 lasts me all day and next. I enjoy this for summer. I love love my mini friend. I hope it doesn’t break or anything..I will return it. But ill continue riding this to save GAS
Samuel Xu –
Sent a replacement console after warranty request. This was a good call, and all issues faced were resolved. Speedy customer support response and this diagnosis was accurate even though I didn’t know what was going on. The scooter itself is a convenient addition to campus life and although it’s a little lacking in range, it’s a given with the price.
Paul Simonson –
We got this scooter for our son for Christmas. Although we had an issue with the display not coming on after a while, customer service was super responsive and we received a replacement part quickly and were able to fix the problem, which I appreciated after having a different scooter we were unable to repair!!

Fun but the bumps hit hard
David Lima –
The customer service team is amazing. They responded to my minor issue within the day and resolved my issue in no time. They were very understanding. I’m having so much fun on my scooter. I highly recommended this product.
Orderman –
Underpowered unless you’re a 75 lb kid. Will not power up even the mildest of inclines, but goes pretty well on level ground. The brake is very touchy and grabs way too quickly. One has to ensure his/her/their weight is shifted back in advance of using the brake to maintain control. Not really for commuting, but for the kids, it’s a fun activity. Oh… and the clip that holds the unit together when it’s folded is completely useless.
Florencio Moure Saez –
Samantha E. –
My only complaint is that it has wires hanging for the brakes. I also bought a segway ine and I like the look.of that one better. This does compete with it though I just prefer the sleeker look of the segway
Anibal Marrero –
I like that it met all descriptions.

This a so smooth and easy to ride. It’s very worth the price. I am using this everyday for school , it’s really works so mechanic and fast. The way the battery get charged while applying brake is like a ABS . It’s crazy..
Nicki S. –
I bought this for my commute, and the only issue I have is that it won’t pull the entire hills around my work, but it is easier than walking them. It’s perfect for level/flat or mostly level commutes, and I use it to go to the grocery store all the time.
Ryan –
I am going to kill myself with this thing lol, it has power. I was worried my battery was defective at first since I had no throttle but as I assumed I just had to give it a kick along first and then engage. My one complaint is the locking mechanism doesn’t want to disengage. Sometimes I have to basically rip it apart. Nothing some sandpaper won’t fix. Very happy with my purchase
Shane Nice –
This is a great scooter for the price and I can see many people using it for college or local commute.
My daughter is small so she found it too heavy to carry to her dorm but it is still a nice scooter.
Janet Lincicome –
I bought this for my 12 year old son, he didn’t use it very much because he also has a bike and a hover board, it’s hot in Vegas so he didn’t use it alot. I bought it 24 Oct 2020 and now it will not charge at all. It slowly got worse and worse until now it’s completely dead. Wish I could buy a replacement battery but not sure how to go about that. Seems like it shouldve lasted a bit longer since it wasn’t used alot.

I have an EV vehicle and multiple location where I can get free charging but it would take me 30 mins walk. I decide to spent money on a electric scooter since is easier to carry and fit in the car with no problem.
Range/speed: is pretty good even me being over the weight limit. Around 17-19 miles range at 15mph.
Ride: is a little ruff when going over bumps, the rest feel smooth.
Folding: it takes some time to get used it. Required two hands and beware of your face.
So far I’m happy and helps me a lot to safe money.
