What is the cost of shipping?

Unless you order two or more of the same item, all of our items are shipped separately.

If an item is listed as FREE, you just have to pay for shipping to your area; if you buy two or more of the item, postage for the second, third, and so on is discounted.

The same ideas apply if you purchase a number of goods that are a combination of free and paid items.

What is the best way to check the progress of my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number in it.

After you place an order, it is instantly transported to one of our four fulfilment centres, where your things will be shipped within 1-2 business weeks. The estimated delivery times are listed below.

We'll also send you a tracking email with your tracking number in it.

How long does it take for the package to arrive?

On average, it takes 2-7 business days after the order has been processed. However this may take longer given the circumstances see our shipping policy for more information.

Please contact our support staff at returns@pureelectronix.com if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery periods.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the date of purchase, please contact our customer service staff for a complete refund.

(This policy does not apply to customer errors in supplying shipping information for their order(s) or missed parcel delivery.)

What is the procedure for cancelling an order?

Please send us an email to cancel your order.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it. This is due to the fact that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to intercept it. If you still want to cancel after receiving your order, simply send us an email and we'll take care of it.

How do I get a refund or a replacement for an order?

I recently placed an order for several things; may I combine them into one package?

We don't carry all of our products in one place because we have Two distinct warehouses, therefore if you order many items at once, each one will be transported separately. As a result, you'll most likely receive one item before the next. Don't be concerned if you don't receive all of your products at the same time... You can rest guaranteed that they will find you.

I entered an incorrect delivery address and/or selected the incorrect size/variant! Is it possible for me to update it?

If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible; we may be able to help. However, we cannot guarantee anything because all of our things are processed immediately after you place your order and shipped on the same day or within a few days. We won't be able to stop your order from shipping if it has already started. Contact us regardless; we still care about you, and we'll do everything we can to make things right. We understand how aggravating it is to pay for something you won't use.

What level of security does my personal information have?

To protect your personal information, Pure-Electronix follows the highest industry standards.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is extensively used on the internet for payment processing, encrypts your credit card information and personal details during transmission.

Your credit card information is only used to execute the transaction you requested and is not kept on file.

What steps is Pure-Electronix taking to safeguard the safety and well-being of its employees?

We're taking the Coronavirus epidemic very seriously, and we want to make sure that the health and safety of our employees is always a priority when making choices. All of our head office personnel has been working from home since the government recommended it was the safest option. We've implemented a stringent social distancing strategy for any employees who may have to come into closer contact with patients during the outbreak.

Our warehouse employees are required to follow a set of tight requirements, including social distancing, hand washing, and other processes, which may cause order processing delays.
